  1. When you subscribe to any of our Services, interact with us (including via our contact or support channels) or your personal data is otherwise submitted to us, MCI is a ‘data controller’ and gathers and uses certain information about you.
  2. In the case of you using or subscribing to our Services using your cellular number, your personal data (cellular number, unless you provide us with additional personal data when you contact us) is collected for the purpose of being used and processed in:
    • personalising the Service to your respective preferences;

    • for the purpose of tracking the Service's performance;
